Return Policy
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For example, we do not allow the return of items that can easily deteriorate, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns of intimate or hygienic items, hazardous materials or substances, liquids, or flammable gases.
Other items that are non-returnable include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Books showing clear signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio tapes, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@beltiro.com
Discounted or Sale Items (if applicable)
Only items at regular price are refundable. Unfortunately, discounted or sale items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace originally defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, send us an email at contact@passenero.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves with the intention of giving it to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will be informed that you returned their gift.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item with a value over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
